Eventory Scanner is a supporting application to the entire Eventory ecosystem using QR codes to streamline the process of data collection at events. However, it is much more than just a QR code scanner!
It is a tool designed exclusively for event organizers, using our Eventory platform. Its purpose is to collect data from event attendees in a quick and easy way. Scanner can also be used by event partners and exhibitors for marketing or business purposes. Data can be collected by scanning a unique QR code, which is different for each attendee. No worries though, only organizer or someone he gives permission, can scan the code - the application prevents other parties from gathering your attendees’ personal data. All of the collected information is safe from third parties, because it is encrypted and then safely synchronized with Eventory platform. Eventory Scanner is designed in accordance with the general data protection regulations (GDPR) and all of the information it collects is given voluntarily.
