Ratings and reviews

This is our second (partial and full) school year using EverDriven app. It really gives gives you calm and the ability to not interrupt anyone's day (including your workday) - it sends a head's up when they arrive to the pickup location, and (I have two kiddos) I get a notification when each are dropped off. There was a big lag but it was updated. The school secretaries have it and can help. If your kiddo needs support, this helps the para w timing excellent and can cancel trips in advance.

Update: app is pretty much useless since last update. They keep making it worse. App takes minutes to load only to give me a connectivity error screen claiming my connection is bad, yet all of my other apps work just fine. App is unresponsive to screen selections and the driver is almost always late. This company is contracted with school districts across the country, there is no incentive for them to fix the app as they are getting their money regardless, so us parents get to deal with this.

It's not "real time tracking." It's an app that keeps track of the scheduled pick up time then counts down from there even if no driver is en route. There's a map that is not interactive or live. The actual position of the vehicle is never shown. The app does show current and future scheduled pick ups/ drop offs. It's easy to cancel a pick up with 1 touch, but it cannot be changed, only cancelled completely.
