This app is the worst app on my phone. It constantly crashes, doesn't play videos easily, and when it does play videos it won't move on to the next photo. It's got all sorts of different error messages with no resolution or reason... uploading suffers similarly. It's a good idea but very poorly executed. I'm thankful to see my childrens progress at school on the app but I preferred getting emails. This is not progressive.

Recently had issues with the app. School have said they have uploaded but there i can't see anything recently. I have also uploaded but when I check it comes up blank. Now when I go on the app it tells me there's an error retrieving evidence data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I'm still having the same issue.

Keeps crashing, every time I try to open the app it closes straight away. Unusable! I can't even contact their help desk because the app won't stay open long enough and I can't find their contact details
