the app is unusable for me. When trying to add a vehicle it doesn't recognize the number plate. If I try to add a vehicle manually, none of the drop-down boxes to select make and model work. In any case I had already added a vehicle using the browser version so I don't understand why that information doesn't get pulled through to the app.

The £35 hold is a joke. Costs less than £10 for me to charge from 20 to 80. The hold takes over a week to be returned on my credit card. It would just mess up my finances if I used a debit card. You somehow got worse since the rebrand. Your app was already a nightmare, but now it's borderline unusable. Most of the time, I get errors when trying to start a charge. I constantly have to log in every week. Just adds extra annoyance to an already stressful process. Fix your app

Terrible app from the get go. Took trying 3 different charging stations to charge my car. The app was terrible at updating throughout the charge, error message 'access coin invalid' coming up all the time. Would not end charge so had to logout and back in again to end it. This app needs some serious work/updating on it because it's not fit for purpose.
