Ratings and reviews

Work on your app, it's too unstable. The beauty of a payment app is to be able to send money anytime without 'aggregator error' or whatever. Learn from top dogs like skrill, wise etc. Also, your fee rate is too high, I bet this is because you don't really have strong competitors. Don't count on it, it won't stay that way forever!

When you make some transactions on EziPay, the next you'll see, when trying to make another transaction is "invalid password," when you've been making prior transactions. This happens under Mobile Money - option 3. Ezipay is not consistent with their features. Sometimes the app goes off or unresponsive, and they begin to blame their customers. It's not fair and it shouldn't continue.

I'm from Nigeria but am using this platform for a while, its amazing and working as effective as need though, sometimes the sites take longer time in mentenance especially after introducing this option 3. I can rate this app 4 stars. I hope you will be able to squeeze and reduce the longetivity of time you are taking when mentenance is going on.
