FAHW Tech is your office-on-the-go for the technicians in the field running First American Home Warranty work orders.

Technicians can view their daily schedules in list or map view, view work order details, provide en-route notifications to customers, submit reports, complete work and more, all from the app.

Notifications will display when you arrive at a customer's home so that you don't have to search for work orders, as well as when you've left a home without providing an update.

Technicians can start a report and either submit from the app or can enter and save to have the office complete and submit it later.

I work for a service provider who is contracted by First American. This app is awesome when it works, but you cannot rely on it and you still end up spending an hour on the phone just to give a water heater report. Basically the app starts up fine, when I search a work order and hit view detail, the whole app shuts down. FA autho reps tell us to use this app to get our reports in, but 8/10 times it doesn't work. Also for anyone who attempts telling me to Uninstall, then reinstall,THISDOESNOTHING

tha app doesn't work will not recognize my password, but can log on through the website

Dosen't recognize my password. I'm able to login with the same credentials on the website, however, the app says my password is incorrect and to consider changing it. I'll give the app a "0 🌟" if I had the option.
