Would do negative stars if it let me. By far the absolute worst banking experience I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Constantly locking debit cards, locking my account because I try to use my money. Constantly getting hung up on by customer service not to mention just how difficult it is to get a hold of someone in general. This bank is the worst please choose another you will thank yourself later on. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about how this bank deals with clientel.

only good for seeing how much money you have. if you try and use mobile deposit it rejects your check every time. says it can't read endorsement then permanently locks your account. i can't send money to cashapp or venmo because of it. if you have this bank in general. switch immediately. this bank is just as terrible as their app

When the app actually works correctly, it is ok. The app frequently has errors and is unable to retrieve my account info. You can't even contact technical support when this happens either. It's very frustrating and I feel like you need a better IT team and/or a better programmer.
