No way to provide feedback for an event I have bought off the app. I bought tickets for the Tyler ICU event. Have been at the show and 3 Hrs post start time artist is no where to be seen, so will down score the app to show my dissatisfaction!! Never again! this is not South Africa. artists should respect our time. We have things to do and places to be! can't wait all night for artists to show up!!!

The app has businesses trading on here that are fraudulent. You buy the e-tickets and then when you get to the business it's closed or doesn't exist. I've tried getting a refund from the business but they've now said they don't know anything about getting refunds on tickets purchased through this app. This is just a warning to users, purchase at your own risk.

Great app and used most days for night events. Only reason I didn't give 5* was due when purchasing tickets and then clicking 'see tickets', you cannot return from the ticket screen. Have tried present the top left back button and my Android phones back button but no luck. I have to force close the app, then restart it... only been an issue for the last week or so since the last update?? This a bug or something?
