Please for the love of God fix the biometric login. I set it for biometric login and then when I go to log in the next day it's turned itself offand have to type in my password. The app is fine as far as everything else go, but keeping the facial recognition as the method of login has got to be fixed. I've never had a banking app that had as many problems with that working like it should.

I have been banking with this credit union for two years now and used the old app. Looking at this app, I can see how they have improved the functionality and visuals of the mobile app with this newer version. If you're having trouble, go to the website and click login so you can create a login and password. They'll call, text, or email the contact info registered on your account FYI. This process was simple and easy, I only read the first step and caught on. FWCCU team deserves this 5* review

Used to be older and more obsolete looking, but the new update has improved everything! It makes pretty much any function of standard mobile banking easy to access and use.
