"Faac-SVILS 2.0" is an application that the Andalusian Foundation for Accessibility and Deaf People makes available to deaf people who have requested sign language interpretation services. This application allows the Andalusian Foundation for Accessibility and Deaf People to provide a greater number of interpretation services within their autonomous community by eliminating the travel time that sign language interpreters routinely have to spend on these services. This facilitates deaf people's access to in-person services from both public authorities and private entities, guaranteeing them equal opportunities and personal autonomy in their daily lives.
This app has been conceived and designed for use on smartphones and tablets with Android 4.X or higher operating systems that have a front-facing camera.
Using the "Faac-SVILS" app requires an internet connection, either through a 3G/4G/5G data connection or a Wi-Fi connection.
To use the app, you must be previously registered as a user of the SVIsual service (http://www.svisual.org), have requested a reservation from Faac (through the usual channels) and have received confirmation of the service.
