Sometimes doesn't work, it doesn't show people online even when they are. Most of the time you get notified whenever they come online, but sometimes you get a late notification or no notification at all. The comparison between 2 numbers - in my opinion, the timeline should be from current, the most recent time to 00:00 that day and not from 00:00 to xx... it gets anoying scrolling to evening every time you want to check recent data.

It's been 3 days and no notifications at all. I have sent many mails requesting to solve the problem but no reply at all. It seems they don't care. My subscription has gone wasted. please check and reply to all the eamils. Or we need to take some action on it.

I have taken paid subscription and it was working before buylt now there is no notifications at all. Very very very bad service, m not getting any notifications since last 2-3 days, still not getting notifications, and I sent 3-4 mails since yesterday but there is no reply at all once from this team. plz sort out this problem or refund money immediately and cancel my subscription.
