To use online banking, you must first provide your mobile phone number via our online banking application. During the app activation process, a PIN will be sent to the phone number via SMS text message. Wireless carrier data usage rates may apply.

very complicated to remember an eight digit confirmation code in an instant to make a payment. very very very stupid.

Farm Credit App not easy to use for making monthly loan payments. It needs a common sense method to "make payment" button as most other lending institutions use on their apps or website.

App is good, but it is very difficult to get it to take check deposits. It is not uncommon to have to try 6 or more times before successfully getting a check deposited.
