FaroStarVision is a service officially provided by FaroStar Inc. that delivers disaster situations that place the user's safety first, based on user's goodwill postings.

　You can input and check disaster information while protecting privacy between smartphones that have the application set.

You can check the disaster situation posted by the user on the map of the application screen.
The FaroStar Vision app is an app that allows users to post disaster information about their current location and to check posts from other nearby users on a map.

・"Alert" function to receive a push notification when a post that informs about the disaster situation that occurred within 1 km from your position is uploaded

When the user's post about the disaster situation is uploaded around the user's current location, the following "alert" notification will be sent. This allows you to check from the smartphone what kind of danger is approaching.
"Urgent! A disaster occurred within 1 km. Please check the situation immediately!"

・Posting function to inform other users of the current situation

　You can post the disaster situation of your current location and share it with other smartphone application users.


How to use

First, check the "Privacy Policy" and "FasoStar Vision Terms of Use", and then consent.
If you agree, you can use the app.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Download the application and install it.
By installing, you agree to the privacy policy and FaroStar Vision Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not install.
Daily use
You can check the rainfall status.

You can check the posted disaster situation.
You can enter and post the following disaster information that is happening around you.

Danger information (image)
Posting method
Click the "Disaster input" button.
Align the red "cross-shaped marker" on the map with the center of the disaster.
Select the type of disaster and press the button.
In case of "fire", "landslide", "flood", "closed road" and "danger information"
The camera will start up, so please shoot so that you can understand the disaster.

In case of "water outage" and "blackout"
　As I confirm that I want to post. Are you sure?", click the "Yes" button to post, or the "No" button to cancel.
Operation is complete.

　You cannot see photos posted by other users with this app. You can check only the "Disaster status icon" that is displayed.

Limitations

Depending on the communication environment, the current location data system may deteriorate or may not be acquired.
Since the GPS function is used, the accuracy of GPS data may be poor indoors.
The posted disaster information is by the goodwill of the user. There is an undeniable possibility that the situation may differ from the actual situation. If you notice it, please contact us here.
This application is intended for use in Japan. We do not guarantee operation overseas.
