Fast&Cold เป็น Application ซึ่งเป็นของส่วนงาน MEM(Marketing Equipment Management) Suntory PepsiCo Beverage Thailand สำหรับใช้ในการตรวจสอบการทำงานของ Technician/Vendor ทั่วประเทศ ที่ทำการ ซ่อม ติดตั้ง เปลี่ยน อุปกรณ์ตู้แช่ ตู้กดน้ำ ของร้านค้าต่างๆที่แจ้งซ่อมเข้ามา

ในส่วนของ Technician/Vendor ใช้ Application นี้ ในการรับงานจากหน่วยส่วนกลาง และใช้สำหรับการบันทึกงาน และส่งงานเมื่อซ่อมเสร็จ ซึ่งหน่วยงานส่วนกลางก็สามารถตรวจสอบเวลาในการทำงานของแต่ละขั้นตอนในการทำงานของ Technician, Vendor เพื่อให้กระบวนการทำงานทั้งหมด กระชับ รวดเร็ว ในการแก้ปัญหาให้กับแต่ละร้านค้า

Fast&Cold is an application of Suntory Pepsico MEM(Marketing Equipment Management)division in Thailand for tracking works of technicians/vendors throughout Thailand to repairing, installing, replacement for cooler machine equipment for retailers.

On the part of technicians/vendors use this application for getting the job orders from the dispatchers and can record and submit jobs when finished. The dispatchers can track and check the jobs and working hours of each step of technicians/vendors so that the whole process is concise and quick to solve the problems of each retail shops.
