At first, it worked after purchasing a plan, reel, and reel covers for my son for Christmas. Now, after New years, it won't let me open the app. Says check internet connection??? I'm using 5g on my phone. Every other app I have works as it should. I switch to wifi at the house, and the same thing happens. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Same thing. I hope it doesn't take the 70 out of my account for this upcoming months subscription if I can log on to register the few reels I have.

We sincerely apologize for the issues with the app. Our web site had a technical glitch and unfortunately went down briefly, and our app is tied to our site, so it went down briefly as well. Everything appears to be resolved now, however. Please let us know of any further issues
