I sold 0.1592 gm gold on your platform, but till now the withdrawal amount has not been credited to my account. This delay is unacceptable and causing me a lot of inconvenience. Not able to withdraw funds. It said can withdraw after reaching 200 but now as I try to withdraw it just takes me to a page for financial planning assistance. Very disappointing.
