FemPulse RingSync app communicates with a Remote Control. The app retrieves the technical log data from the Remote Control using bluetooth communication.
The app does not control the Remote, which works independently.
The app does not collect, store nor transmit personal or health data.
Examples of log information that is being transmitted relates to battery level, stimulation levels, device current and impedance status.
Once the log files are retrieved from the Remote Control, a support staff member can review the logs.
The app allows users to set reminders to sync the app with the Remote Control.
