This app is great for Technicians as well as Business owners, Managers, Sales staff that need to manage information beyond the work order and service report. You can review customers, tasks, setup agreements and estimates, review other users schedules and more.

I use Fieldwork for my pest control business. It is easy to use and does everything a small to medium business would need as far as scheduling, work orders, invoicing and many other functions. I have use this app for many years and will not ever change! I love it and the personal help that the team gives when there are any problems.

Software is best for office users but it comes to field user it is not effective like if you need to change barcode, you cannot change through app, monthly service calls does not show in monthly calender, you have to go in specific date to view service call. There are so little things that need to change in order to be effective use.

Field work mobile was better even with the bugs it has. The office version feels very clunky with UI for example for pest control to add material / locations and target pest I have to click on this tiny plus sign. They should've made it were you click on the bar for M / L. Payment function is clunky as well plus I should not have to manually enter in payment. If the producers really cared about this app and the money we give them they should go over every function of this app and make it better
