The device itself works fine. The Android app won't export conversations or summaries, a crucial function that seems to be broken. Tech support is very unresponsive as it took 12 hours to get an initial response and then another 6 hours to respond to my response. I was then told there was a problem with the app that would be fixed within 24 hours. I am still waiting with no guidance from tech support. If you buy this device be prepared for app frustrations as it does not work as intended.

I’m in sales and bought the Fieldy device to record client conversations. It worked great at first—easy setup, accurate summaries, and customizable templates. After a software update, it stopped pairing, then the power button failed. Support only told me to hold the button for 10 seconds, which didn’t work. Now it won’t turn on at all. After less than two months, I’m left with a $150 CAD paperweight and no real help from Fieldy support.
