Their online checking account likes to hide certain charges, and then two days later hit you with you all at once, which is great for maximizing overdraft fees. Plan to switch to Chime. This app is crooked. Bank also now claims they can charge you multiple overdrafts from a single transaction if merchant tries to pull from your account multiple times. Also unable to access card management on app.

First I would like to say.. I'm glad there is an app. but it is slow in loading and when I am looking through my transactions or trying to complete a task, it just stops and goes back to the log in page.. so so annoying. Also, I linked my accounts, but it does not give you an option to unlink them.. and I tried to link my childs account so I can easily transfer money to them, but the app decided it did not want to complete that task. It definately needs work.

11-7. So the have updated and fixed the issues I was having previously. However after whatever the did yesterday I can not submit a mobile deposit. Past resp: I do not know what they did but I am unable to log in at all with this. I'm with the other people might be looking for a new bank if they cant read these comments and fix the issues.
