Personal Financial Management - This new personal banking feature lets you pull in external accounts from other financial institutions, showing your full financial picture in one platform.

CardSwap - Isn't it frustrating when automatic payments are unexpectedly returned because of an updated card with a new expiration date? With CardSwap, you can swap out card information on subscription sites such as Amazon and Netflix (plus many more!) from within your digital banking platform.

Enhanced Security - 2-factor authentication will be enabled to add an extra layer of protection beyond just a username and password. A Secure Access Code (SAC) will be sent to the phone number or email address that we have on file. Please note that First Farmers will NEVER contact you and ask you to verify your Secure Access Code (SAC).

• Check your latest account balance and search recent transactions by date, amount, or check number.
Transfers:
• Easily transfer funds between your accounts.
Bill Pay:
• Make payments and view recent and scheduled payments.
• Ability to add new payees, edit existing payees, or delete payees directly from the mobile app.
Deposits:
• Submit check deposits using your device’s camera.
Locations:
• Find nearby branches and ATMs.
Fingerprint/Face Recognition:
• Allows you to use a secure and more efficient sign-on experience using your fingerprint or facial recognition.

Ratings and reviews

The user interface is okay, but not great. What I consider to be the most frustrating, when comparing it to other banking apps, is that it takes several days for the "available balance" and the "current balance" to actually align. There will be things "pending" for several days, sometimes well over a week. I haven't had that issue with other apps. I will say that the mobile check deposit seems to be fairly streamlined. 3.5 stars. But Google Play won't let me write that specifically.

Better than the last app, but was randomly locked out during the weekend and couldn't get back in till after the government holiday. The next time they were open the account was unlocked again. No explanation. Luckily my husbands account wasn't locked so I could still look at our joint account and do the billing I needed to. Just an inconvenience that even a call couldn't fix since they were closed for few days. Closed for Columbus day but open for Charlie Kirk day...

honestly it's a great app love this app helps me keep things organized, but reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because they recently updated it and the activity is taking significantly longer to update than before and I'm not a super patient person when it comes to this kinda stuff
