Satisfactory banking app, but not as sophisticated as others I have used. I would like to be able to deposit checks directly to savings rather than to checking then transfer. I'm not disciplined enough to always do the transfer! With multiple accounts, it would be nice to be able to give them a nickname in the app rather than just seeing all of the account numbers listed. The bill paying part seems to work great.

Very buggy and frustrating to use. Using mobile deposit often logs you out when you take a picture of the check. I can't remember the last time it took less than two tries for each check deposited. Fingerprint login used to work, but now it doesn't even try, even though that setting is on.

They have to fix this app. It takes what feels like an eternity to open. At first I thought it was a bad signal but I travel alot and this problem is everywhere. In this fast paced world waiting 5min for your main banking app to open causes multiple problems. We like the feel of a down home bank but not a backwoods one. Hope it's fixed soon.
