absolute garbage! from bad to worse this bank is just not worth it. the same issue just worse you make a deposit using the app it emails you deposit received so you get ridoff the check then you get an email later saying it was rejected due to the horrible camera in the app how can a bank not be able to make a good app they should look at chase or wells Fargo so they could see how an app should work a bank now days that does not have a well functioning app should not be in business.

Open app, sign in, select "Mobile Deposit", app says,"You must be in mobile banking app to make a deposit." Am already in the app, but it will not recognize that fact. Stupid design, stupid software. This has been going on for far too long.

What’s new

In this release, Firstrust Bank has introduced a new feature: Account Recovery. The new feature enables customers to recover forgotten Login IDs and ability to unlock locked accounts. Additional bug fixes and brand improvements have also been applied.
