The Fix My Technology mobile app enables our support technicians to troubleshoot a problem you're having on your device.
To use this application you must be a Fix My Technology member.
Technicians have the ability to chat, view system diagnostic information, push various profiles and settings including email, APN and WiFi.
The technician will provide you a pin code to start the session.
How to use:
1) Install the app
2) Launch the app from your home screen
3) Grant access to your camera & bluetooth
4) Select “Software Support” or “Hardware Support”
5) Enter the six digit pin code given to you by your support technician
6) Allow your trusted support technician to connect to your device
Bank grade security is used on our platforms which means that nobody will ever be able to see or access the data transmitted between your device and the technical expert. Not even us.
