It works and it looks pretty but whoever designed the controls to switch on and off the heater and toggle high/low must have been smoking weed. These controls and their bright/dim status are a level of logic beyond me. Please simplify! Also, what is the other app on Google Play for?

Dreadful. You shouldn't need to phone support to get an app working. I've got lots of techy gadgets and this one is a mystery. Doesn't pair. Android mobile. Wi-fi and Bluetooth on. Turned on/off at mains. Instead of writing a reply to negative comments about phoning support, FIX YOUR DEFECTIVE APP. Given the cost of your fires, this app is appalling. Brendan (son) on behalf of my mum.
