Terrible. It used to work occasionally when I first got the app, but now it never connects or finds my flamrite fire. It constantly just tells me to "pull to refresh" and nothing happens. My flamrite fire still shows up on my list of devices in my phone's Bluetooth menu, but it doesn't connect. Really frustrating. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still no change.

sometimes it works but often just sits at the searching for fires and never finds the fire. Have uninstalled the app and reinstalled numerous times and occasionally it works but not that often. would have been better to just have supplied a remote with the fire instead of an app that is not up to standard. such a shame as the fire itself is ok but fails to work correctly due to this poor app.

It's a decent app, does what it says on the tin. I personally think there's too many steps as you first need to connect, and then be able to turn on. But this is minor. What I really want though is for this app to be compatible with Google home, alexa and other smart remotes/apps available. That will make it great. I have smart lights and thermostats. It would be amazing if I can just say "hey Google/Alexa turn on lights and fireplace" and they all turn on! Please can you implement this!! :D
