Awful. Customer and technical service are completely clueless. App fails, needs many updates, and the services to be booked through the app just get cancelled constantly and DON'T reimburse the deposit you put down. Forget about getting in touch with them and getting answers or solutions. Please, find something else to do Flamingo team because you're terrible at this π

Unreliable Payment Process!! Very disappointed and cannot recommend this app if youβre looking for timely reliable pay. UPDATE: After a delay in receiving payment, Flamingo has issued my compensation. Although there was some frustration initially, they eventually addressed my concern. I hope this reflects an improvement in their vendor support processes.

Business developer, put your money elsewhere if you want your tenants to stay. I'm an app user from my apartment. The app built can be laggy, fitness app has to be connected to a non-existent app to be casted - defeats the purpose of having an app to begin with if you have to download another app. Events from Flamingo, when they exist, are practically a scam, with vague terms/conditions. There's almost no responses given from the service team, and when they do, it's the same clueless person?
