I’m sharing my honest feedback after using the platform for just under a week. While the account opening had technical glitches, my experience since has been very positive. ​The UI is a major plus—it's simple and intuitive. Trade alerts are instant, which is crucial. ​My main suggestion is for the contract note format, which could be more user-friendly.haven't had a chance to check the back office, Also, I get some unnecessary "flat trade" notifications. Overall, it has been a good experience.

1. search history is not available. Every time we need to type, again & again. (also when you press one time back it will completely exit from search, that shouldn't happen). 2. chain typing doesn't support while searching scripts. 3. Chart opening takes More time. 4. The trading margin is very high while doing hedging compared to other apps. Please resolve the above issues. Thanks.

Firstly, I'll thank Flattrade for the low brokerage trades, which are very helpful in our cost management. But I would like the team to make the app faster and remove the glitches. Mostly, it doesn't show the charts. If internet is not strong, it just doesn't work. Even if you open it from the recent apps, it starts from the risk disclosure. I have incurred many losses just because of these things. Please look into it.
