Our specialties are our original Holsteiner Katenschinken (protected geographical indication), our HASCH salami, HASCH crackers, HASCH cooked ham and HASCH meat salad to name just a few examples. We only use meat from our own butchering in our production and avoid unnecessary use of lactose, gluten and glutamate.
In our main shop on Friedrichsorter Straße we offer you a daily changing lunch menu and many other warm dishes from Monday to Saturday.
An extensive party service with various hot and cold buffets, roasts, soups, varied menus, finger food, canapés and desserts rounds off our offer. We are happy to take care of your celebrations or anniversaries.
