front keeps changing the user interface so that basic features get hidden. do not migrate over from outlook!!! your company will lose many hours per person while your staff is trying to figure out simple things like where the archived email icon moved to (under which sub-menu).

Absolutely stellar. I have tried and sampled scores of CRM and shared inboxes for our Airline charter and Pilot training teams. Front is the easiest, best priced, most intuitive shared inbox tool and calendar coordination tool available for a multi site team. If I had a single criticism, it's that there are no native web form options so we have to use a third party contact form.

Using Front is an injustice to your employees. It is the most overcomplicated non user friendly system I have ever used made even more complicated by the latest redesign. It doesn't even have a working spell checker. 🤦🏻‍♂️
