I've been a long-time customer and have had long-term problems with this security system and the app. I put up with it longer than I should have because I stuck way too much money into all the devices. For the love of humanity, do not use Frontpoint Security. There have been many failures with the system, and no one knows how to fix them, so it remains faulty. Terrible customer service & an overpriced system. I regret ever choosing them to protect my home and property. Good luck!

fulfilled even though they wouldn't let me cancel. Contract expired but we didn't renew. Charged my account again, tried to call and cancel but you have to jump through hoops to get that far even. Then they want to force you to pay another month's worth of service just to cancel. Had multiple times alarm went off but never received a check in call from them so haven't even used the service for last two years I've been paying. But they did offer to let me stay on at half the rate I've been paying

Frontpoint was one of the best companies for alarm systems but they, and their app, have gone down the drain. Nothing seems to work right anymore. Try to call in and they have huge wait times and throw you into a callback queue. When they do call you back they must psychically know when you are working or in the bathroom. Then of course that's it from them, you have to start all over. The equipment setup in the app doesnt work right, especially for adding new equipment. Avoid.
