Had a lot to learn until i was hit with a message saying "start your 7-day free trial to continue". I've made the payment of ₹100/year and the message is still showing. I've been waiting for 5 hours and still, there isn't any content that i can access. I've also enabled autopay. i don't know how to claim a refund. there isn't any response from the support team either. kindly help me out here.

It's an absolutely amazing app. But I hated the fact that you can't read more than one/a few article(s) per day without a subscription. I personally think stretching the daily reading limit out a bit would definitely be a great way to make this app more efficient and establish productivity in the daily life of people-especially students. It's a brilliant initiative, but I'd like ya'll to please consider my request. Thankyou!

Cheaters. I bought premium version for 100 rupees a two to three months ago. Now, as they have raised the premium version amount they are asking me to pay for premium version even when my subscription is still active and will expire in May 2024. They are limiting my paid features to raise their income. It is like you paid for the product and then the seller comes to home and steals your product saying that price has just rised by us.
