It is for young people to inform, empower and support them during this exciting but slightly nerve-wracking time as they move on from secondary school and take their first steps into a whole new world.

Some young people know exactly what they want to do when they leave school and how they are going to get there, but for many it is a time filled with uncertainty. Leaving a secondary school setting where you are part of a tight knit community and moving into a big new world can feel extremely daunting. But you are not alone, you just might not know what support is available to you and where to find it.
