1. Introduction of “AVN-Live”
1.1 What is “AVN-Live”?
- “AVN-Live” is an internal communication channel, including 2 versions of Web and Mobile Application for official employees of Ajinomoto Vietnam Company.
- "AVN-Live" includes 06 main contents:
+ Home: Share all articles, photos, videos posted by admins and members participating in AVN-Live
+ Our Leadership: Sharing the message of the General Director and members of the Management Committee of Ajinomoto Vietnam.
+ A-Talk: Share information about the Company's activities, products and other topics related to Ajinomoto Vietnam Company.
+ A-Cooking: Sharing cooking photos and videos, enjoying delicious food using products of Ajinomoto Vietnam Company.
+ A-Moment: Share photos and videos related to the activities of the Company/Department/Department.
+ Q&A: For members to send questions related to the Company and products.
1.2 Content on “AVN-Live”
a) Content definition
- Official content includes posts on AVN-Live. The official content is posted by the Administrator under the management of the Community Relations Department.
- Interactive content including comments, photos/videos contributed to each album. Interactive Content may be posted by any member of “AVN-Live” under the management of the Administrator.
b) Content orientation
- All official content and interactive content on “AVN-Live” must be related to Company activities and products.
2. User Manual “AVN-Live”
2.1. Account information and how to log in “AVN-Live”
- Each member is provided with a separate account on “AVN-Live” including: Username (fixed) & Default Password (can be changed). Members must login to read and interact on “AVN-Live”.

2.2. Member interactions on “AVN-Live”
a) Like and Comment
- Members can interact by "Like" and "Comment" on A-Talk, A-Cooking and A-Moment.
- Comments can include characters (alphanumeric), emoticons and images. Character comments can be translated from Vietnamese to English using Google Assistant.
b) Contribute images/videos
- Members can contribute photos/videos at A-Cooking and A-Memory.
- These images/videos will be uploaded to the albums created by the Administrator and only displayed after being approved by the Administrator.
c) Download images
- Except for images in the comments section, members can download images from any A-Cooking and A-Memory albums.
