GWCL App is designed for the convenience of the customers of Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) to pay their bills. The GWCL Customers Mobile app allows customers to have full control of their meter accounts, make payments as and when, anywhere, and anytime.
This self-service enables users to view the current and previous transactions. The GWCL App is integrated with all payment gateway which gives customers the flexibility to choose their preferred mode of payment is Mtn Mobile Money, or Vodafone Cash.

This application is quite restrictive. I made an error in spelling my surname, and while attempting to correct it, I found that the app doesn't offer the option to change names or make corrections. Additionally, when I tried to input my customer number, I was informed that the verification had been sent to a different number, requiring me to contact them for the verification code. In contrast, the ECG Power App is much more user-friendly, allowing users to correct errors, and make changes.

Half star form the new improvement in the UI. Unfortunately, for almost a week now till now as I type.my rating and comments here, am still waiting for verification OTP code to be sent to MY mobile number. It's quite ridiculous to wait for an OTP for 30mins(as stated in the app). Without a resend button. And yet it never comes. Yesterday, I even dozed off waiting. Yet to no avail. Thank you very much for the effort and improvement in the UI. Please if I may get some assistance on this issue.tnxs

Great app. It makes payment effortless. But i have a little issue. I tried making payments from a different number which wasn't going through, so i changed the number in the settings tap, and OTP was sent and it recognised the number. Now i am trying to log in but it still displays the previous number and doesn't allow access to type in th new number. I would be very glad if you could assist me with this since i can't access the app nor make payment. Thank you

Dear Rauf, Thank you for your feedback on the GWL App. The phone number used to set up your account is the one you’ll need to log in with. To clarify, your login phone number remains the same, but you can update the payment number. If you need assistance, please call 0534003375 or email info@afrifanom.com.
