This application is quite restrictive. I made an error in spelling my surname, and while attempting to correct it, I found that the app doesn't offer the option to change names or make corrections. Additionally, when I tried to input my customer number, I was informed that the verification had been sent to a different number, requiring me to contact them for the verification code. In contrast, the ECG Power App is much more user-friendly, allowing users to correct errors, and make changes.

The app is a good app but you cannot change the momo wallet number for payment why? I have two numbers linked to my account.In your system, my number is a Vodafone number (number on the account) But i want to pay Bills with my mtn number. It is not possible, the response is that, the number already exist. Does it mean that if the number registered(default number) to the account is not active, you cannot pay a bill with a different wallet number. I see you people don't like money...

For weeks the app won't launch. After inputing login credential, it becomes static. Cleared cache and data but no change. Kindly do something about it. I can't have access to pay bills within the app.
