GYM SEMS will help you to know the correct operation and use of gym equipment, showing you videos of the correct execution and adjustment or programming of each equipment. The devices are grouped by areas and you can search for them by name.
To watch the videos you have two options:
Select the device: If you already know the name of the device you can select it and choose if you want to see the video of the performance or the adjustment
Scan the QR: If you do not know the name of the device, you can choose if you want to see the video of the execution or the adjustment and scan the QR code to see the video.
You can keep track of your assists and say what type of routine you did to better control your routines.
You can also add a photo, size, measurements and weight to your profile.
