It sits between your Gartan modules and your Learning Management System (LMS) and it is used to monitor and manage your staffs’ competencies. From a recruit’s first development plan to throughout the entire professional development process, Expert brings the user into the heart of the competency and standards management process.

Designed in partnership with the Fire & Rescue Service, our solution makes peoples’ lives easier by making it easier for them to adhere to the occupational guidance standards. Our solution taps into the power of Gartan’s Rostering & Payroll tools and your LMS to create the most efficient and rewarding management system.
