GastroKub (Gastronomic Kuban) is a unique author's cuisine restaurant located in Sochi, not far from the seaport. We use local resources in all directions: architecture, cuisine, sights and cultural values.
Try the whole range of Kuban meat, Black Sea seafood, original desserts made from local fruits and berries. The menu is presented in four elements: fire, air, earth and water. For cooking, the latest technologies and equipment are used: sous-vide (cooking at low temperatures), molecular technology or grilling.
