When you encounter any product, the application lets you automatically scan the QR code printed on the anti-counterfeiting label of the product packaging via the built-in camera of your mobile. It securely analyses the authentication of your product after you fill in your information while logging into the application for the first time.

There is full access to all the details about the product, such as its registration number, manufacturer, related products and notably, if it is genuine or fake. You get all this data by mere QR code scanning.

GenuineMark does not use your personal data, be it your location or the number of scans you do, except for your number in the company’s directory to keep receiving your feedback and help us serve you better in a personalised manner.
