Their inability to keep their equipment functional has cost me $1,300 in lost income in the last month alone. The only redeeming quality is that, when functioning, the speeds and general service are good. But in the last 4 weeks, we have had multiple multi-day spans where our entire area has lost internet. In addition to this, their customer service doesn't answer the phone/return phone calls. The "We're On It!" emails stop being charming when their "service" starts threatening your livelihood.

worst service, I would not recommend. you can call them and complain they would never turn around to get the issue sorted out. I am going to cancel with them. I wish I can give minus star. not worth even 1 star

Got logged out and now I can't login. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Not working.
