I am so frustrated. this app first refused to accept my sign in credentials, now it just won't open. several uninstalls and reinstalls later along with chats and password changes and it won't budge. I have to go the web version to access the digital replicas of the paper and access my saved articles..tech people, please fix this! ok after losing an hour, I finally got app working, so I'll add some stars back. this review started with one

If you are an iOS user, you may rate it 4. But for Android users, the experience will be just 1.5 to 2. I use the listening function while driving or working around the house. Very often, the Android app does not advance to the next article when the current article is done. The app is just kept on spinning on matter what you try. Sometimes, the articles are mixed up, and jump to other article and jump back to the previous article later. However, the iOS app does not have all these issues.

I am a paid subscriber, Samsung S10e (good phone). 2 or 3 headlines per issue crash the newspaper display, and return you to publications screen. After 2 weeks, it no longer updates issues. Uninstalled, reinstalled, emptied cache/data, several times without resolving. Other comments indicate these are old problems; G&M appears deaf. If no recognition of these problems is offered, I will cancel my subscription. I pay to get what I paid for; not to be ignored.
