This app was great until several months ago. We have used it for a few years now for tracking a hot air balloon by the chase crew. Then several months ago it stopped updating/refreshing the balloons location. We have to close the app and re-click on the link we were sent. And often it's inaccurate and shows the balloon to be somewhere away from where it really is.

It looks like it might do what it's supposed to but in actual application, it's little better than sending or receiving a text with a gps request. It's not intuitive, and definitely not beginner friendly. Look at how you organize the UI and streamline it with simple toggles. Make it password/ isometric lock available. Add shortcut actions.

I liked it better when it was embedded in message + from Verizon. This does not automatically send a text message telling the recipient that you have arrived at their location. That was an automatic feature previously which I dearly miss. I have been looking at other location apps to find one that will notify when the location has been arrived at.
