About this app

NEUSTART has been working in the field of justice-related social work, criminal assistance, victim assistance and prevention since 1957. The association supports offenders on their way to a life free from punishment.
The NEUSTART app contains a public area with information on NEUSTART and links to the website, as well as an internal area for clients.
The care is based on regular personal appointments with a responsible social worker. In the personal appointments, we work together on the risk-relevant topics, this can be home security, debt settlement, job search, but also support with addiction and insight into the crime.
The NEUSTART app is intended to facilitate communication with the social worker. The NEUSTART app has an interface to the social workers' documentation software, so appointments and documents can be exchanged easily.
The mobile app reminds you of appointments with the social worker, making it easier to keep appointments. Clients receive letters or other documents from authorities; these can be sent directly to the social worker using the app, and the social worker can also send clients documents if they have been lost.
The NEUSTART app has other useful functions, such as sending and receiving messages between social workers and clients. Mutually agreed goals for the care can be displayed in the app, as well as questions about the deed, which will be discussed in more detail in the personal appointments.
