Gopald (Go Domestic Waste Water Management) is a feces suction service application initiated by UPTD IPLT and the Housing, Settlement and Land Service (DPKPP) of Indramayu Regency.
The Gopald application for customers was created to simplify the process of ordering desludging services, interacting with application administrators, making it easier to track desludging schedules, and completing orders for this service.
The Gopald application workflow for Customers is as follows:
1. After downloading this application, customers must register by entering an active cellular number and password. The process of completing the customer profile can be carried out after this process has been completed.
2. Customers can order suction services by entering their address, septic tank information, and entering the desired day/date of suction.
3. The administrator will confirm the scheduling and assignment of suction officers to be able to continue the suction process.
4. The suction officer will confirm the schedule above, and the suction process can take place.
5. After suction is complete, the customer can make payment, and there is action to complete the order.
Other features available in the Gopald application for customers are:
- Send messages with the administrator, which can only be done when there is an active order from the customer.
- Customers can track the status of their suction orders.
- Providing Service Ratings by customers
- Customers can fill out a public satisfaction survey form regarding the services provided by Gopald officers. The Survey Form will appear on the Dashboard page every month, and also when the customer has completed the process of paying for suction services.
