App is slow, asks for login on the last moment before payment, and is only half in English. When you want to delete account - Error, cannot delete account, try again later.

Login error should say if email confirmation has not been completed. [Update]: Thanks for the reply but I don't need support, I report a user interaction problem. Additionally, the confirmation email is sent in plain text, without TLS encryption. Given that payment methods are far too limited, I find it outrageous that the app is the only option to buy tickets on-the-fly for buses (especially with the current amount of rail replacement transport). Account deletion is not possible in the app.

Nice app, however payment by Austrian Mastercard (issued by Erste bank) doesn't work. After security step (confirming payment in sIdentity), the ticket just disappeared from the list of active tickets with pending payment (the credit card is not charged). I have the same problem over a year. Unfortunately, now it is not possible to buy yearly ticket via browser anymore, so I will have to buy it offline...
