This is a great app! Using a grid drawing app to improve drawing skills can be an excellent tool for people learning to draw, or people who want to check details in their drawings. My dad used to share his puzzle books with me whenever he came across the pages where they had grid drawings. I started doing that when I was about 7 years old. It was a method similar to grid drawing & I always enjoyed it. Many years later, I taught myself to draw. Using grids is one of my favorite tools.
