Using the HÁBITAPLUS application you will be able to communicate effectively within your community, making your daily life easier.

This application is for the exclusive use of the residents of the communities affiliated with HABITAPLUS, to help them make the tasks of their daily lives easier. The application allows you to improve access control for visitors and suppliers, receive notices of relevant issues and participate in community decisions.

Affiliated communities include subdivisions, horizontal and vertical condominiums, private, housing complexes, etc. Contact us to join.

Access control: Easily authorize the access of your visitors, workers and shipments or deliveries. Pre-authorize using easy-to-share access codes (no optical reader required).

Notices: Receive general or personal notices sent by the Administration.

Surveys: Participate and answer surveys to make decisions and make evaluations in your community.

Reports: Create reports with photographs, for the Administration or for the Security and Surveillance team.

Alerts: Ask for help and notify Security and Surveillance, just with the touch of a finger.

Information: Consult the informative, financial documents and regulations of your community.
