Only downloaded this app today, given a temporary password to start using it, found the app very good to start with, then when I wanted to change the password the app froze or didn't move from the send page, not a good start, now had this app a few weeks now, difficult to log on not very good to use, one of the developers need to look at this as it's an important app to safeguard your caravan, still having same log on problem, think it needs a rethink by the developer.

Dreadful App The app has been glitching since it was created the previous arm / disarming process worked much better through text, this morning when opening the app I tried 6 times to disarm when opening ..nothing kept thr armed padlock, tried again in several other places to rule out signal.. still the same, ended up with telemetric call handler giving me a call for a change. I've experienced this on numerous occasions but doesn't seem to be any better.

Even though there is an option for fingerprint login, and despite clicking it on every login, when you next go into the app it requires the password again. Another issue is that when you arm or disarm, the screen doesn't automatically refresh to show this.
