The app keeps crashing and I can't sign in. Before I deleted and re-installed it, it kept saying that the app has a bug. Now, I can't even n get past signing in. It is very very annoying. Please, do better. Whatever thus bug is needs to be fixed quickly, the deadline for application for subsequent loans is fast approaching.

What's with "ID is activated on another device, contact customer service"? I'm done contacting you because you don't reply. Do you people know phones get lost, or get damaged, or people change devices? So when such happens, does it mean I can no longer access the service? Buana ebu mshungulikie hii maneno. It's bad customer service. Just bad.

I've tried to sign in with my number but the app continues to close and say it has a bug which I don't understand . can I get some a assistance so that I can log my details and sign in . the previous app I had was full of updating information and I decided to install this . I'm kindly in need of your assistance as you have always done not only to me but the great people around .I'll appreciate any form of assistance you'll offer me as soon as possible. I'm glad to use this app . thank you
